Buyer responsibility. The buyer assumes full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, use, and lawful disposal of all products, and for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Not for resale as consumer products. Products may not be relabeled, repackaged, or resold for human consumption.
No liability for misuse. Molecula Labs accepts no liability for any use of its products outside of the laboratory research context for which they are supplied.
