Research Use Policy

All products sold by Molecula Labs are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use. The following terms apply to every purchase.

Intended use

All products are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and identification purposes. They are not intended for human dosing, injection or ingestion, and are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any condition.

No medical claims

Nothing on this website constitutes a medical, therapeutic or health claim. Molecula Labs makes no representation that any product is safe or effective for use in humans or animals.

Buyer responsibility

By purchasing, the buyer affirms that they are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional or institution, are at least 21 years of age, and will use all products in a lawful manner consistent with research use only. The buyer assumes full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, use and lawful disposal of all products, and for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

Not for resale as consumer products

Products may not be relabeled, repackaged or resold for human consumption.

Community channels

Our Discord and any other community channel operate under the same rule. Discussion of dosing, protocols or human or animal use is not permitted, and posts of that nature are removed. Those channels exist for product availability, certificates of analysis and order support.

Certificates of analysis

Every lot is sampled and submitted for third-party identity, purity and net-content analysis before it is released for sale, and the certificate for your lot ships in the box. Certificates are tied to a lot rather than a product line, so the document that applies to your vial is the one matching the lot number printed on its label. A size listed as Pre-Order is sampled and submitted when that lot arrives, and its report is published before any of it is offered for sale. We publish every certificate we hold on our COA page, including one for a lot that failed testing and was rejected rather than sold.

No liability for misuse

Molecula Labs accepts no liability for any use of its products outside the laboratory research context for which they are supplied.
