Everything ships from the United States with tracking. Orders of $75 or more ship free.

Transit starts when the order leaves us. A faster method speeds up delivery, not the time it takes to dispatch. We ship within the United States only.
Pre-orders
An out-of-stock size can be pre-ordered at 8% off. It ships once the next lot passes third-party testing, and we email you the date. If a lot fails, you choose a full refund or the next passing lot. You can cancel a pre-order any time before it ships.
Mixed orders
If an order has in-stock and pre-order items, we send everything together once it is ready. Want the in-stock part first? Email us before it ships.
Packaging
Plain padded mailer, nothing on the outside but the addresses. Vials ship as freeze-dried powder, which is stable at room temperature in transit. Store at −20°C on arrival.
Tracking and lost parcels
You get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking can take a day to update after the label prints. If a parcel stops moving, contact us and we open a carrier trace. A parcel confirmed lost is replaced or refunded in full. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
