Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher, laboratory professional or institution to purchase from this site.

Products

All products are supplied for laboratory and research use only, as described in our Research Use Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Pricing and availability

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Availability is tracked per size: a size marked In Stock is held on our shelf, while a size marked Pre-Order is allocated against an incoming lot. Dispatch timings for each are set out in our Shipping Policy. Pre-order sizes are priced below the in-stock price for the same size, as set out in our Promotions & Offer Terms. The price charged is the price shown at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Promotions

Discounts, gift items and promotional codes are governed by our Promotions & Offer Terms. Promotional offers may be ended or amended at any time; orders already placed are honored under the terms in force when they were placed.

Payment

Orders must be paid in full before processing. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.

Cancellations and refunds

Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of being placed, for any reason. After that window the order is committed — in-stock items to a shipment, pre-order and made-to-order items to a lot allocation — and it can no longer be canceled or refunded on request, whether or not it has shipped. This does not affect an order that arrives damaged, incorrect or missing, or one lost in transit, which is replaced or refunded when reported within 7 days of delivery. Limitation of liability

Molecula Labs is not liable for any damages arising from misuse of its products or use outside the research context for which they are supplied. Products are provided “as is” for research use.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current version.
