Molecula Labs respects your privacy. We collect the minimum needed to fulfill your order and run the site, and we do not sell your personal information.

Information we collect

• Order information you provide: name, shipping address, email address and payment details.
• The research context you confirm at checkout, which we are required to record as a supplier of research-use-only materials.
• Basic technical data when you visit: browser type, device type and pages viewed.
• Your email address if you subscribe to restock alerts or our mailing list.

How we use it

To process and ship your order, to communicate with you about that order, to send restock or promotional messages where you have asked for them, and to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Payment data

Payments are processed by our payment providers. Card payments are handled entirely by the card processor, bank verification happens inside the provider’s own secure interface, and cryptocurrency payments settle directly to our wallet. We do not store full payment card, bank or wallet credentials on our servers.

Marketing emails

We only send marketing or restock emails to people who have opted in. Every such email contains an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect order-related messages.

Our Discord community

Joining our Discord is optional and is governed by Discord’s own privacy policy. We do not link Discord accounts to order records unless you tell us to, and we do not import Discord data into our store.

Cookies

Cookies are used to operate the store — keeping your cart and session working — and to understand general site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may prevent checkout from functioning.

Data retention

Order records, including the lot numbers shipped against each order, are retained as long as required for accounting, tax, traceability and dispute purposes. Mailing list data is retained until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

To access, correct or delete the data we hold about you, contact support@molecularesearch.com and we will action it. Some order records must be retained for legal and accounting reasons even after a deletion request.
