Shipping Policy

We ship two ways. Items held in stock are already made, already tested, and go out within one business day. Items made to order or on pre-order are produced and QC-tested against your order, and ship in 3–5 business days. Every order is dispatched from within the United States.

Dispatch times

• In Stock — the vials are physically on our shelf, with the lot already released and its certificate on file. Dispatched within one business day of payment clearing.
• Made to order or Pre-Order — produced or allocated against an incoming lot, then released once its analysis is complete. Dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Once dispatched, delivery within the United States typically takes a further 1–2 business days. You will receive tracking as soon as your order leaves.

Testing before release

No lot ships before it has been released. Each lot is sampled and submitted for third-party identity, purity and net-content analysis, and the certificate for your lot goes in the box. For an in-stock item that work is already done, which is what allows it to ship the next business day. For a pre-order, the lot is sampled when it arrives and the report is published before any of it is offered for sale — that testing window is the reason for the longer dispatch time.

Shipping cost

• Shipping is free on all orders over $75.
• Below that threshold, calculated rates are shown at checkout.
• We currently ship within the United States only.

Split shipments

Where an order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, the order ships complete once everything is ready, unless you request otherwise. Email us before dispatch if you would prefer the in-stock portion sent first.

Packaging

All products are packaged discreetly and securely, with no external indication of contents — only the addresses and the carrier label. Compounds ship as lyophilized powder and should be moved to −20 °C on arrival. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of normal transit, so a parcel that arrives warm is not a problem.

Tracking, delays and lost parcels

A tracking number is issued at dispatch. Tracking can sit without a scan for a day or so after the label is printed, and rural routes sometimes skip intermediate scans. If a parcel is delayed beyond its expected window or appears lost in transit, contact support@molecularesearch.com with your order number and we will open a carrier trace and resolve it with you.
