Eligibility

You must be at least 21 and a qualified researcher, laboratory professional or institution.

Products

All products are for laboratory research use only, as set out in our Research Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Pricing and availability

Prices and availability can change without notice. Availability is tracked per size: an in-stock size is on our shelf; an out-of-stock size can be pre-ordered against the next lot at the price shown. Dispatch times are in our Shipping Policy and pre-order pricing in our Promotions & Offer Terms. You pay the price shown when you order. We may refuse or cancel any order.

Promotions

Discounts, gifts and codes are governed by our Promotions & Offer Terms. We may end or change an offer at any time; orders already placed keep the terms they were placed under.

Payment

Orders are paid in full before processing. We accept card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through the secure CentryOS checkout, and crypto through NOWPayments. The methods available for your order are shown at checkout.

Cancellations and refunds

Any order can be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund. A pre-order can be cancelled any time before it ships. Anything damaged, incorrect or missing is replaced or refunded when reported within 7 days of delivery, and a parcel lost in transit is replaced or refunded in full. Limitation of liability

Molecula Labs is not liable for damages arising from misuse of its products or use outside research. Products are provided “as is” for research use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
