Due to the nature of research compounds, we maintain the following policy:
Damaged or incorrect orders. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund for verified issues.
Non-returnable items. For safety and integrity reasons, opened or used research compounds cannot be returned.
