Frequently asked questions

Ordering, shipping, product quality, and the policies that govern how we supply research materials.

Products & quality

What we supply and how it’s verified

What are your products intended for?

Strictly laboratory and research use. Our materials are supplied to researchers, laboratory professionals, and institutions for in-vitro and analytical work. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not intended for human dosing, injections, or ingestion, or for any diagnostic, therapeutic, or veterinary application.

Does every product come with a Certificate of Analysis?

Every lot we sell is tested before it is released, and the certificate for your lot ships in the box. Because certificates are tied to a lot rather than a product line, the document you want is always the one matching the lot number printed on your vial.

A size showing Pre-Order doesn’t have a published certificate yet — that lot is sampled and submitted for analysis when it arrives, and the report goes up before any of it is offered for sale. Every report we hold is published on our COA page, including a lot that failed testing and was rejected rather than sold.

Need a certificate for a lot you’ve already received? Request it from support with the product name and lot number.

How is purity determined?

Purity figures come from analytical testing of the production lot, typically by HPLC with mass spectrometry confirming molecular identity. The Certificate of Analysis for each lot shows the methods used and the result. If you need the raw analytical data rather than the summary certificate, ask us and we’ll send what’s available for that lot.

What is Molecula Diluent, and do I need it?

Molecula Diluent is bacteriostatic water — sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative — supplied in a 10 ml vial. Our peptides ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, so a diluent is required to bring them back into solution before any analytical work.

It’s sold separately, and it’s also what the free-diluent promotion applies to. Volume required depends on the compound and the concentration you’re working at.

Why do some sizes say “Pre-Order”?

We list our full catalog but hold inventory selectively, so availability is tracked per size rather than per product. A size showing Add to Cart is physically in our facility. A size showing Pre-Order is reserved against an incoming lot and ships when that lot lands.

Pre-order pricing sits 8% below in-stock pricing on the same size — the discount is already applied to the price shown, with no code to enter. It’s what we pass back for the wait.

Stock changes regularly, so the product page is always the current answer. For an estimated date on a specific pre-order size, ask support.

Ordering & payment

Accounts, payment methods, discounts, and cancellations

Do I need an account to order?

Yes. Orders are placed through a registered account rather than guest checkout — this is a requirement of our payment processing and it also gives you a permanent record of your orders, lot numbers, and tracking in My Account. You can create the account during checkout; it takes a moment and your cart is preserved.

What payment methods do you accept?

Three lanes, all shown at checkout:

  • Credit and debit cards — Visa and Mastercard, processed through our card gateway.
  • Direct bank payment — you link your bank securely through the checkout and authorize the payment. No card required.
  • Cryptocurrency — USDT and USDC among others, processed through our crypto gateway.

We don’t accept cash on delivery.

Is my payment information safe?

We never see or store your card numbers or bank credentials. Card payments are handled entirely by the payment processor, bank verification happens inside the processor’s own secure interface, and crypto payments settle directly to our wallet without passing account details through our site. Our checkout runs over TLS end to end.

Do you offer discounts for larger orders?

Yes, applied automatically at the cart — no codes to enter:

  • 2 vials — 3% off
  • 3 or more vials — 7% off
  • $100+ qualifying subtotal — a free Molecula Diluent

Discounts are calculated across your whole cart, so a mix of different compounds counts toward the vial total. For quantities beyond typical retail, or for institutional purchase orders and net terms, talk to us directly.

Is there a first-order offer?

Yes. New accounts receive a free GHK-Cu 50mg with their first order containing at least one qualifying peptide vial. First orders with a qualifying subtotal of $250 or more also receive a free Tesamorelin 10mg.

Both gifts are limited to one redemption per customer and per shipping address, and diluent alone doesn’t qualify. The bundle discounts above still apply on top. Full conditions are in our Promotions & Offer Terms.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel from your account within 24 hours of placing the order, for any reason and with no questions — look for the cancel option on the order in My Orders, or email support with your order number.

After 24 hours the order can no longer be canceled. In-stock items are picked and labeled for dispatch within one business day, and pre-order or made-to-order items are allocated against an incoming lot the moment you order — so by the time that window closes, your order is committed either way. That’s true whether or not it has shipped yet. A correction to your shipping address is still worth asking about before dispatch; message support straight away and we’ll do what we can.

None of this affects anything that arrives damaged, incorrect or missing — that’s always put right. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

Shipping & delivery

Carriers, timing, packaging, and tracking

How do you ship, and how long does it take?

Orders ship via USPS with tracking, and you choose the speed at checkout: Standard (2–5 days), Priority (2–3 days) or Express (1–2 days) — and orders of $75 or more ship free via Standard. Items marked In Stock go out within one business day of payment clearing. Made-to-order compounds are synthesized and QC-tested against your order and ship within 3–5 business days — the shipping speed you pick applies from dispatch, it does not shorten production. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned.

If your order mixes in-stock and made-to-order items, we hold it and send everything together in one shipment rather than splitting it — tell us if you’d rather have the in-stock portion sent ahead.

Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

How are orders packaged?

Vials are wrapped protectively and sent in plain padded mailers. There’s no branding, product name, or indication of contents on the outside of the parcel — only the addresses and the carrier’s label.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only. Research materials face varied and frequently changing import rules, and we’d rather not put a customer’s order at risk of seizure. If you’re outside the US and want to discuss options, get in touch.

My tracking hasn’t updated. Should I worry?

Usually not. Tracking numbers are generated when the label is printed and can sit without a scan for a day or so before the carrier picks the parcel up, and rural routes sometimes skip intermediate scans entirely. If there’s been no movement for more than three business days, send us the order number and we’ll chase it.

Storage & handling

Keeping material stable once it reaches you

How should material be stored?

Lyophilized powder should be stored at −20°C, protected from light, in its sealed vial. Storage conditions are printed on every vial label and listed on the product page. Once reconstituted, material is far less stable and should be refrigerated and used within a short window that varies by compound.

My order arrived at room temperature. Is it ruined?

Almost certainly not. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of normal transit — that’s precisely why they’re supplied freeze-dried rather than in solution. Move the vials to −20°C on arrival and they’re fine. If a parcel was delayed for an unusually long period, let us know and we’ll advise on that specific lot.

Are the vials sterile?

Our products are supplied as research-grade materials and are not manufactured, tested, or released as sterile pharmaceutical preparations. They are not suitable for any application requiring sterility assurance, and are intended solely for laboratory research use.

Can you advise on my experiment?

We can answer questions about specifications, purity, solubility, storage, and handling of the material we supply. We can’t advise on experimental design, concentrations, or any application outside laboratory research use — that falls outside what we’re able to responsibly comment on.

Policies & eligibility

Who can buy, and what happens when something goes wrong

Who is eligible to purchase?

Qualified researchers, laboratory professionals, and institutions aged 21 or over, acquiring materials for lawful research use. By placing an order you confirm you meet those conditions and that you will not use, resell, or redistribute the material for human or animal consumption. Our Research Use Policy sets this out in full.

Why do you ask what field I work in at checkout?

It’s a short required field confirming the research context for your order. It helps us meet our obligations as a supplier of research-use-only materials and lets us route technical questions to the right person. It isn’t shared with third parties for marketing.

Something arrived damaged, missing, or wrong. What now?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and contents. We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund. Photographs matter here — they let us file a carrier claim where the damage happened in transit, which is what allows us to resolve these quickly rather than investigating for a week.

Can I return an order I no longer want?

No — once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, we can’t refund an order because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong compound or size, or no longer need it. These are research materials whose integrity depends on unbroken storage conditions, so we can’t return anything to inventory once it has left us, and opened or temperature-exposed product can’t be accepted back under any circumstances.

Anything that arrives damaged, broken, incorrect, or missing is replaced. That’s not a case-by-case judgment — if a vial doesn’t reach you in the condition it left us, we send a new one. Just message us with your order number and a photo. Full terms are in our Refund & Returns Policy.

How do you handle my personal information?

We collect only what’s needed to process and ship your order and to answer your questions. We don’t sell customer data. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

Still have a question?

Our research support team answers order, specification, and documentation questions within one business day.
