What we collect, why, and how to have it removed.

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order and run the site. We never sell your personal information.

What we collect

  • Order details: name, shipping address, email and payment details.
  • The research field you give at checkout.
  • Basic technical data: browser, device and pages viewed.
  • Your email, if you sign up for restock alerts or our mailing list.

How we use it

To process and ship your order, contact you about it, send restock or promotional emails you’ve asked for, and improve the site.

Payments

Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are handled entirely by our card processor, CentryOS. Crypto payments are handled by NOWPayments. We never see or store full card, bank or wallet credentials.

Marketing emails

Sent only if you opt in. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing doesn’t affect order emails.

Discord

Joining our Discord is optional and covered by Discord’s own privacy policy. We don’t link Discord accounts to orders unless you ask us to.

Cookies

Cookies keep your cart and session working and show us general site usage. You can control them in your browser, though turning them off may stop checkout working.

How long we keep it

Order records, including the lot numbers shipped, are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax, traceability and disputes. Mailing list data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

To see, correct or delete your data, email support@molecularesearch.com. Some order records must be kept for legal reasons even after a deletion request.
